A Lake Club Bathroom Refresh: Modern, Minimal, & Intentional

This Lakewood Ranch bathroom remodel at The Lake Club was a collaboration tailored to a very specific kind of client—one who values great design but prefers to take the lead on execution. As the CEO and founder of a nationwide retailer, time is limited, but passion for his home is not. He came to us not for full-service management, but for what he truly needed: vision, direction, and expertly sourced materials to bring that vision to life.

We stepped in to define a modern, elevated design that aligned with his preferences—clean lines, large-format materials, and a refined palette—while thoughtfully solving for both function and budget. From reworking the shower to eliminate the soffit and introduce a rainhead, to integrating smart storage solutions like an LED medicine cabinet and custom niches, every detail was considered. We defined a strong design direction and streamlined the decision-making process, bringing clarity and cohesion to every detail. We carried the process through to final selections and material delivery—then seamlessly handed it off for him to execute with his trusted team.
