When Dr. Barak purchased his Sarasota podiatry practice, the space hadn’t been remodeled since the early 1980s. Think beige everything, worn-out finishes, dated cabinets, and a waiting area that felt more clinical than calming.

He knew that in order to reflect the level of care he provides, the space needed to evolve — not just cosmetically, but emotionally. Patients should walk in and immediately feel relaxed, welcomed, and well cared for.

✨ The After: A Modern, Coastal-Inspired Refresh

We approached this medical office remodel like we would a high-touch residential project — focusing on warmth, flow, and function.

Here’s what we updated:

• Walls, Doors & Cabinets: Repainted in a soft, modern tone (Swiss Coffee for a clean, calming base)
• Flooring: Installed fresh, durable flooring that’s easy to maintain but looks elevated
• Furniture: Comfortable waiting room seating, stylish staff furniture, and curated art
• Details: A fun, coastal-inspired wallpaper to bring in Sarasota charm without losing professionalism
